what we do

We specialise in self defence and short interval cardio conditioning. We utilise highly specific physiological response training and simulate environments to give you the skills you need to be able to think on your feet, adapt to your changing envionment, and apply the necessary strategy to achieve an economical outcome. We pressure test techniques and we believe that strategy and mental preparation is a vital component of conditioning under duress. 

Suitable for beginner or experienced - all levels all ages. We teach everyone from kids getting bullied at school, to security guards, law enforcement, armed forces, and specialist military.

Instructor courses are also available upon request.

Cardio based drills and exercises are also great for weight loss and fat burn.
Classes are fun, safe and relaxed.
